This is who I am and what I believe in.

I believe that all students should have equal access to education and in preparing all students for future success through learning, leading, and action.

I believe in supporting educators by creating policies consistent with our district and community philosophy.

I believe all decisions should be made with the outcome of child success at its core.

I respect diversity and believe inclusion requires intention.

I believe we must invest in our district to continue to create opportunities for our children, but we must be fiscally responsible to meet the needs of the future.

I believe Englewood educators are essential to our children’s success and must be retained and compensated as such.
